Russ Placke P.E.
Russ is a Senior Civil/Structural engineer and graduated from the University of Nebraska in 1995. Russ has experience as an engineer for a major grain storage and handling manufacturer, coal and nuclear power generation, and over 20 years as a civil/structural engineer in the engineering consulting field. Russ has had several assignments as a field engineer for the construction of combined cycle power plants and has served as engineer of record for large scale ethanol, bio diesel, grain storage and handling and pet food plant expansions. Russ provides innovative, cost effective, straightforward designs that also take into account constructability and safety.
Mark Jordan
Mark is a Senior Structural Designer with over 35 years of professional experience in structural design and drafting. Mark has experience in 3D Laser scanning, 3D BIM Modeling using REVIT, Autocad and Navisworks. He has served various roles throughout his career in the fields of industrial, commercial, agricultural and manufacturing plant layouts, which include ice cream manufacturing, cold storage facilities, flour mills, ethanol facilities, office buildings, dry material bulk storage, grain storage and grain handling facilities and several other misc. buildings.
Terry Hovey
Terry has 38 years of experience. Experience includes roles as Senior Mechanical Designer, Senior Structural Designer, Designer, and Shop Detailer with various firms. Previous experience includes roles as mechanical and structural Senior Designer in the fields of industrial process engineering, power, piping, bulk materials handling systems. Commercial experience as a Designer in the fields of architecture, commercial HVAC, and plumbing systems, as well as bridges. Extensive experience as a Structural Steel Detailer. Utilized AutoCAD, MicroStation, and other design software.
